His background includes work on local roads and highways involving resurfacings, reconstructions, and new road alignments and extensions; safety enhancements; drainage improvements; and pedestrian facilities. Matt manages projects from planning and design through construction, leading efforts in geometric design; plan development; and coordination of scope, budget, and schedule. He works closely with clients and internal teams to develop practical solutions that enhance safety, accessibility, and mobility.
