Drawing on more than two decades of experience supporting technology systems, Joel oversees the firm’s information technology infrastructure, software applications, cybersecurity initiatives, hardware management, and user support as the Director of Technology. Joel works closely with leadership and staff to implement and maintain technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and collaboration across the organization. He also manages software licensing, system upgrades, and technology planning to ensure Oates remains equipped to support employee-owners and clients.
