Julie oversees the firm’s day-to-day financial operations and accounting strategies.  With a strong background in finance and accounting and a deep understanding of employee ownership, she plays a key role in financial planning and monitoring key metrics for the long-term success of the firm.  Julie also supports project managers with the financial aspects of their projects and helps employee-owners understand the value and impact of their ownership by providing financial insights that connect individual contributions to firm-wide success.
