Oates Associates is proud to announce that Associate Project Designer Brandon Hamel has been elected President of the 2026 Executive Board for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) St. Louis Younger Member Group (YMG).
The ASCE St. Louis YMG supports young professionals by fostering community engagement, encouraging student involvement, and promoting career development within the civil engineering field. As President, Hamel will lead initiatives that strengthen these efforts and continue building a strong network of emerging engineers. His responsibilities will include presiding over meetings, representing the YMG in society affairs, and advancing collaboration and professional growth among members.
