Mr. Helmkamp brings a strong understanding of the local infrastructure that has been developed through his professional experience at Oates Associates.  His expansive background includes public road improvement, streetscape, pedestrian enhancement and drainage projects.  As a certified ADA Coordinator (ADAC), Mr. Helmkamp has in-depth knowledge of ADA regulations and guidelines.  He assists clients with Title II compliance and implements accessibility design standards with the firm’s projects.
