Mr. Heil brings over 20 years of experience in the design of transportation facilities, from local street resurfacings to reconstructions to new highways.  He provides geometric design expertise for rural and urban highways and intersection improvements.  He also brings experience in drainage from the hydrologic and hydraulic design perspectives for rural highway culvert crossings to urban storm sewer design to stream crossing hydraulic modeling.  Mr. Heil performs in-house QC review of plans prior to submittal. These plans are reviewed for accuracy, compliance with design policy, standards and overall constructability.
