Stephanie brings experience in the design of transportation facilities, including new construction, reconstructions, and roadway resurfacings.  She has led the design effort of dozens of roadway and pedestrian-focused projects throughout the St. Louis area, which highlights her comprehensive understanding of pavement design, drainage systems, and ADA compliance standards. Known for her collaborative mindset and solutions-driven approach, she combines strong technical capabilities with a sharp attention to detail to deliver practical and effective designs.
