Mr. Murphy brings a multi-faceted perspective to projects from his thirty years of experience managing diverse projects – from the funding application through to construction. He manages local agency road projects with a specialty in transportation enhancement, including multi-use trails and streetscapes.  Mr. Murphy brings unique insight into pedestrian needs and how to create a multi-modal community while considering local requirements and guidelines.

His expertise also includes roadway design, hydraulic analysis and the design of drainage and detention facilities. This work includes storm sewer design and analysis, bridge hydraulics, and open channel flow hydraulics.
