Oates Associates, a civil and structural engineering firm, proudly announces that Ryan Gueldener has earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license. This significant milestone underscores Ryan’s expertise and commitment to excellence in the field of engineering.
Ryan’s journey with Oates Associates began in 2018 when he joined as an intern while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. In 2019, he transitioned into a full-time role upon graduating from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE).
As a key member of our team, Ryan specializes in trail planning and design, bridge-related drafting, parking lot and site development tasks and data collection. His dedication to continuous learning led him to earn a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation Engineering in 2023, supported by the firm’s tuition reimbursement program.
