Some virtual fun was brought into the “workplace” with OA Spirit Week!  A new theme was featured each day with the most memorable being Throwback Thursday – A Salute to the 1980s, which was in honor of the 40th anniversary of Oates Associates.  Employees impressed with their creative ensembles, which were posted to Microsoft Teams daily for the whole crew to enjoy.
