Congratulations to Brandon Ratermann, who recently earned his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Brandon is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer certification. He joined Oates Associates in 2013 and is involved with roadway, intersection and pedestrian improvement projects.
