Congratulations to Bill Tindall, who recently earned his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  Bill is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer certification.  He is a project manager at Oates Associates involved with roadway, traffic and drainage projects.
