Welcome to the team, Ted! Ted Harms joins Oates Associates as a familiar face. While working toward his engineering degree at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Ted was in the office as a senior design student – an assignment that gives students the opportunity to work through real-world design projects. Ted’s focus at Oates Associates is bridge structural engineering.
