Oates Associates’ project manager Brian Heil, PE received a Merit Award from the Engineers’ Club of St. Louis in honor of his distinguished service to the organization.
As a member of the Engineers’ Club for the past thirteen years, Brian has served on the Board of Directors and currently chairs the Fellowship Committee – a position he has held for the past eight years. His years of dedication to the Engineers’ Club is recognized by the Merit Award. He continually supports the Club and its mission for the educational, social, and professional advancement of its members.
On a technical level, Brian manages transportation projects for Oates Associates. His twenty years of experience includes designing rural and urban highway, local roadway, and intersection improvement projects. Brian also manages the firm’s CADD training and technical development for MicroStation.
