Mr. Oates is Chairman of the Board of Oates Associates. Previously, he served as President of Oates Associates for twenty years, directing all operations of the firm. Mr. Oates maintains principal involvement in major transportation and site projects, assisting project managers and reviewing quality assurance measures.  He is as a leader and collaborator, and continues to support the firm’s strategic direction.
