North Hanley Resurfacing

North Hanley Road is a heavily travelled roadway that provides connections to three major highways and access to several major employers. The section of roadway that was improved is a key multimodal corridor for area residents.  The goal for the project was to improve the driving surface while integrating safety for all modes of transportation – including upgrading the pedestrian realm to be ADA compliant.  Oates Associates prepared plans, special provisions and estimates for the construction of one mile of roadway resurfacing, base repairs, sidewalk repairs and curb ramp improvements.
