Medical Logistics Warehouse

To accommodate functions for the 375th Medical Group, an 8,000 square foot warehouse was constructed at Scott Air Force Base.  The facility is a single-story pre-engineered metal building with a brick wainscot and translucent clerestory panels to match the adjacent structures and to meet the base design standards.  The warehouse includes a bio-medical area, gas storage area, high bay storage, low bay storage, equipment repair, communication room, break room, restroom and office space for personnel.  The facility required a new driveway entrance for delivery vehicles, ADA compliant sidewalks and a sanitary sewer system with a 6-inch lateral connection to the existing infrastructure.
