Lincoln’s Landing Pedestrian Access Gateway

Lincoln’s Landing is one of several housing communities at Scott Air Force Base.   Oates Associates was selected to provide project management, surveying, civil engineering and structural engineering services for a 284 square foot gatehouse, which connects the housing area to the base-proper.  The design includes a communications room, mechanical room, and a turnstile security gate.  The structure is surrounded by fencing allowing for access only through the turnstile via electronic card access.
