Laclede Station Road Relocation

Oates Associates provided construction observation and materials testing for the relocation of Laclede Station Road and a new MetroLink parking lot in connection with a redevelopment in the City of Maplewood. The relocated roadway provides a connection between Laclede Station Road and Hanley Road and access to the 62-acre business park.  Included in the development is a new parking lot for the Maplewood MetroLink Station.  The parking lot was constructed with pervious asphalt in the parking stalls to treat the storm water runoff from the new lot.
