Oates Associates provided construction services for the continued northward extension of IL 255. The 2 mile expansion includes grading, paving mechanically stabilized earth wall, and new structures consisting of dual PPC I-beam bridges, a cast in place PCC arched culvert and box culverts for a four-lane divided rural expressway on US 67 from the Madison County Line north of Godfrey to the Delhi Bypass.
