Oates Associates has provided planning, survey, design and construction engineering services for this 400-acre development located at the intersection of I-55/70 and I-255. Occupants of Eastport Plaza include the State of Illinois Regional Headquarters complex, the Gateway Convention Center, a Post Office, several hotels, a large nightclub, fitness center and several office and office/warehouse buildings and restaurants.
Oates Associates designed all of the roads in the complex along with the related water and sewer extensions, some of the building structures and most of the building sites.
