Delmar Boulevard Parking Lot

The City desired to reconstruct the asphalt parking lot adjacent to the Tivoli Theatre with interlocking permeable concrete pavers to improve drainage and aesthetics.  The 100’ x 130’ parking lot was reconstructed with pervious pavement set on a recharge bed that treats and temporarily stores the runoff.  Oates developed preliminary plans, provided MSD coordination, and prepared construction details for paving and drainage improvements and provided construction administration services.
