Colton’s Steak House & Grill

What began as an “American West” steak house in Arkansas soon blossomed into restaurants across the Midwest offering franchise opportunities. The Collinsville location is Colton’s first site in Illinois.

Colton’s is a 7,200 square foot building with an indoor bar and restaurant and outdoor patio. The site is the location of a former restaurant that was demolished – and the design incorporated the reuse of as much of the parking lot and infrastructure as possible.  The 123-space parking lot includes ADA accessible stalls.  New culverts and bioswales manage stormwater runoff, where previously, the site had no storm sewer structures or detention.  Oates Associates provided civil engineering services in association with the new restaurant.
