Bellevue Park Improvements

Oates Associates partnered with the City of Belleville to transform Bellevue Park through a wide-ranging improvement program designed to enhance recreation, accessibility, and the overall visitor experience. The completed project revitalized several of the park’s most popular amenities, including the conversion of underutilized tennis courts into pickleball courts, renovation of the historic amphitheater, installation of a new playground and swing area, construction of a pavilion and outdoor fitness court, and stabilization of nearly 700 feet of lake shoreline. Oates served as the prime consultant, providing surveying, engineering design, bidding assistance, and construction support, while Introba provided architectural services for the amphitheater renovations, including facility repairs, accessibility upgrades, and stage improvements. The project brought new life to one of Belleville’s most cherished community parks while preserving its character for future generations.
