XPO Logistics Loading Dock

Oates Associates was engaged to complete building permits and construction documents, including civil and structural design, for the addition of a loading dock. The 170’x80’ dock addition includes 34 new bays with overhead doors, a pre-engineered metal building supported on a complex pile supported foundation and structural slab system, drainage and pavement reconstruction, utility coordination and relocation and building demolition.
