Oates Associates is pleased to welcome Karlie Vogt as our Human Resources and Office Manager. Karlie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from McKendree University and brings valuable experience in accounting, human resources, career services, and hiring operations.

In her role, Karlie will focus on key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee-owner support. She will work closely with leadership to ensure HR processes are clear and aligned with the firm’s values and culture.
