Oates Associates welcomes a new team member building her career in marketing, Megan Herzing.
Herzing joins Oates Associates as a Marketing Coordinator, supporting the firm’s engineering and survey teams through proposal development and marketing communications. In this role, she assists with preparing proposals, project descriptions, and other pursuit materials, while also developing content for social media and the firm’s website to highlight Oates’ expertise and projects. Megan collaborates closely with technical staff and leadership to support business development efforts and contributes to event coordination and client engagement initiatives. Through these efforts, she helps strengthen Oates Associates’ brand and supports the firm’s continued growth and outreach.
