Oates Associates, is pleased to welcome two new interns to our 2025 Summer Intern Program: Andrew Holba and Jon Daugherty. Both are students in the Civil Engineering program at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and are expected to graduate in 2026. With their arrival, this year’s intern group grows to a total of 11 participants.

As they begin their internships, Andrew and Jon are looking forward to learning more about the industry and gaining exposure to the engineering work at Oates Associates.

Over the next several months, they will work alongside a team of engineers, gaining hands-on experience to prepare them for their future.
