Oates Associates is pleased to announce that Dan Lutz, PE, SE was recently appointed to the Illinois Structural Engineering Board!
The Illinois Structural Engineering Board plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of the structural engineering practice across the state.
As a board member, Dan will serve in an advisory capacity on a range of critical matters, including professional competence, licensee misconduct, examination standards, licensure requirements, and reviewing qualifications of applicants for licensure in Illinois. He will serve a five-year term.
Dan serves as a senior project manager / engineer overseeing the bridge structural department at Oates Associates. With over 20 years of experience, he is well-versed in bridge and roadway projects for state and local clients.
