Oates Associates is proud to announce the newest addition to the firm’s growing staff, Khoi Minh Pham!
Khoi recently earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in surveying from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). While pursuing his degree, Khoi engaged in various roles including a teaching assistant at SIUE and an internship with a surveying company. Currently, he is pursuing his drone pilot license. At Oates, Khoi will focus on bridge structural design. We’re glad to have you on the team, Khoi!
