As we continue to grow we continue to welcome new faces to the team. We would like to introduce some of our newest team members, Chris Zimmermann and Nicholas Bowers! Chris is a recent Southern Illinois University Carbondale graduate who began at Oates Associates as an intern over the summer of 2021. He provides flexibility to support the firm’s Transportation Group having assisted with bridge and roadway design as well as infrastructure inventories.
Nick, a recent graduate from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, has joined the Transportation Group and is focusing within our bridge structural discipline. He is currently assisting with the design of a new steel beam bridge along IL 145 for the Illinois Department of Transportation.
