Congratulations to Bill Tindall, who is now President-Elect of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE)! Bill and Oates Associates are long-time supporters of the organization, which represents the interest of over 2,500 engineers. Bill is a Past President of the ISPE St. Clair Chapter and has served on the state board for several years.
