Substantial residential growth in the Edwardsville area between IL-159 east to I-55 led the City to study the potential impacts of growth on the street system. Oates Associates completed land use and traffic projections, analyzed projected street needs- including cost, evaluated funding alternatives, prepared a formal report and conducted public informational meetings.
