Property survey, topographic survey, subdivision plat and improvement plans for a 13-acre 3-lot subdivision including a 300-foot road and utility extensions. Our services also included site design for one of the lots - a new 17,500 s.f. Postal Service carrier annex facility - including design of utilities and related permits, parking for customers, employees and tractor trailer docking, storm-water detention and widening of existing Eastport Plaza Drive with sidewalks and curbs.
