New track and field facility at SIUE that served as the track and field venue for the St. Louis 1994 Olympic Festival. Services included site design and construction services for a 400 meter synthetic rubber track and field event area with a soccer infield, site layout and utility plan, site grading and drainage plan, permanent bleacher steel framing, construction services and shop drawings.
