Oates Associates provided site design services for this 21-acre, 5-lot subdivision in Eastport Plaza, expected to contain two office-warehouse facilities and executive office buildings.

Our services included property and topographic survey, preparation of a subdivision plat, roadway, drainage and utility design for the entire development and site design for individual lots.

The first development in the Center is this 58,000 square foot office-warehouse facility.
