Oates Associates has provided planning, survey, design and construction engineering services for this 90-acre development located at the intersection of I-55/70 and I-255. Occupants of Eastport Plaza include the State of Illinois Regional Headquarters complex, the Gateway Convention Center, several hotels, large nightclub, fitness center and several office buildings and restaurants. Oates Associates designed all of the roads in the complex, some of the building structures and most of the building sites, as indicated by the stars on the photograph above.
