This project involved the complete exterior renovation of the gymnasium, located at the Historic Alton campus of the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Dental Medicine. Renovation work included new roof shingles and insulation, new board and batten siding and insulation, masonry tuck pointing, new gutters and downspouts, new railings and the removal and replacement of the existing single hung wood windows. Coordination with the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency was also required to determine an acceptable solution to reconstruct the exterior façade.
