Roy E. Lee Field is situated in the Simmons Baseball Complex on the campus of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Oates worked with the SIUe Athletics department - providing architectural, civil and structural design services to remove the existing trailer clubhouse and construct a new clubhouse at Roy E. Lee Field. Work consisted of demolishing the existing walls of the clubhouse and home team dugout and constructing a new 1,760 square foot facility. The clubhouse includes locker rooms, showers, a toilet room, trainers’ room and a laundry room.
