Ameren Energy Resources, a subsidiary of Ameren Corporation, is relocating their headquarters to an office building in Eastport Plaza. The office renovation will make the space functional for their business operations.
The multi-phased, fast track design/build project involves the renovation of 30,000 square feet of space. Remodeled areas include new executive office area, perimeter offices, open office area, conference rooms, new restrooms, employee break room, computer room, and storage area. The project also includes a new roof, upgrades to the parking lot and new landscaping.
Oates is providing architectural, civil engineering and landscape architectural services.
