Oates Associates provided survey, design and construction services for reconstruction of an existing cinder track with new rubberized surface, which involved re-grading of existing track and football field within the track area. The project also included new restrooms, concession stand, press box, bleachers, storage building, fencing, field lighting and scoreboard.
