Oates Associates completed preliminary and final engineering services for this new 50-acre commercial development. A conceptual plan was prepared providing for a 12 lot office-warehouse complex with a 1,200 foot internal road.
Oates Associates provided survey, prepared subdivision plats, construction plans for the road, storm sewer, water and sewer mains for the overall development and prepared site plans for individual lots as they developed.
