July 2008 - Oates Associates Continues to Grow

Oates Associates is excited to announce the recent expansion of their headquarters.

Influencing their decision to expand was the increase in personnel, which is continually rising. Due to their growing workload, Oates has nearly doubled in size since 2000 with over 40 employees.

The majority of the firm’s projects are from existing clients, many of whom they have worked with for over twenty years. The Cities of Collinsville and Highland, Madison County, the Illinois Department of Transportation, and Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville have continuously provided Oates with opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities. Their increasing workload is also due to new clients, such as the City of St. Louis, Chesterfield, St. Charles County and the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.

With total office space of 11,500 square feet, the expanded area gives employees ample room with the amenities to further develop their skills. The 50% increase in space has allowed for new workspaces, a training/conference room and a library.
