Mr. Hagerty is a firm principal who has been with the firm since 1991. He currently serves as the Vice President and his responsibilities include finance, accounting, project accounting and manpower management, human resources and business development.

Prior to joining Oates Associates, Mr. Hagerty served in a similar capacity for a Belleville-based contractor, and as a certified public accountant with several construction related clients.
