Mr. Wilburn specializes in the areas of sanitary sewer and water main design, storm water management, drainage and hydraulic analysis and design, site design, and municipal engineering and planning. He currently manages the largest sanitary sewer extension project in our firm’s history, involving over 40,000 feet of sanitary sewer and water main extension. Additionally, Mr. Wilburn has performed development review services for various municipalities throughout Illinois. As project manager he has provided a full range of review services for design and construction of private land development projects for both commercial and residential developments.
