Mr. Murphy's expertise includes roadway design, hydraulic analysis and the design of drainage and detention facilities. Since joining the firm in 1995, Phil has managed or been involved in several federal aid urban reconstructions.
He has developed a specialty in transportation enhancement, including bike trail and streetscape improvements. Phil has delivered more than fifty miles of trails in Madison County, Illinois and recently developed the Bike Master Plan for Highland, Illinois.
