Experience
Mr. Lutz serves as project manager / engineer with an emphasis in structural engineering. Having been with Oates Associates for 10 years, he is experienced with bridge and roadway projects for state and local clients. His project experience includes bridge, culvert and retaining wall design, bridge inspections, seismic analysis, curved girder design and structural repair plans.
Mr. Lutz has been involved with several work order contracts with the Illinois Department of Transportation, involving multiple bridge replacements in various locations.
