Experience
Mr. Heil serves as a project manager / engineer, designing highway and local roadway projects. He is heavily involved in the US-67 Jerseyville ByPass project with the Illinois Department of Transportation. This project involves management of a team of three other consultants designing 5 miles of new freeway, two interchanges and eight road or railroad grade separations. Further, Mr. Heil has knowledge of railroad design, having previously worked for a consulting firm involved with intermodal yard projects.
