Mr. Goepfert is a Principal Transportation Engineer for Oates Associates. He is responsible for the firm’s local agency transportation and drainage improvement projects. Mr. Goepfert has over 37 years of experience in surveying, planning, design and construction of municipal road projects ranging in complexity from resurfacing existing streets to constructing new roadways on new alignments. He is familiar with the funding and policy requirements of federal, state and local agencies and is an IDOT approved right-of-way negotiator.
