Mr. Goepfert is Principal Transportation Engineer for Oates Associates. He primarily manages the firm’s transportation planning and design for county and municipal clients. Mr. Goepfert has over 37 years of experience in surveying, planning, design and construction of municipal road projects ranging in complexity from resurfacing of existing streets to the construction of new roadways on new alignments. He is familiar with the funding and policy requirements of federal, state and local agencies and is an IDOT approved right-of-way negotiator.
